  • The company reserves the right to change the method of payment of the order in case the communication with the customer fails after attempts several or the order may not be completed

  • In case of an invoice , the prices are charged with VAT ‎24%

  • Reduced prices for wholesale requests are available.

  • For orders abroad, European Union, UK, USA delivery 35€

Dispatch of the orders concerning the ceramic products, is estimated to be 20-30 days after the order has been placed.

Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted in custom products.Time limit for returns of other products (except custom) is set at 10 days.

In the case that a product may be ruined during shipping, the company Maria Tsakiri will have not any responsibility.
